Adoliba Ghana Limited, a private company limited by shares, was incorporated in December 2016 and domicile in Ghana under the Companies Act, 1963 (Act 179). The company was founded to provide quality goods and services in the areas of civil engineering and construction, building materials, transportation and logistics, real estates, agribusiness, general supplies, and management consulting.

The Company is permitted by its regulations to carry on the business of civil engineering and construction, building materials, transportation and logistics, real estates, agribusiness, general supplies, and management consulting in a healthy, safe, environmentally friendly and socially responsible manner.
